Steve serves with CRM Church Multiplication, an international mission agency that exists to strengthen and multiply leaders and congregations. Steve has successfully empowered hundreds of church planters through a variety of coaching and training relationships. Steve's wisdom and consulting skills have been used to mobilize dozens of parent churches as well as to equip a multitude of regional and national leaders to start and sustain church planting movements. Steve has co-authored Empowering Leaders Through Coaching, The Church Planter's Toolkit, Churches Planting Churches, and has developed a variety of Church Multiplication Networks. Steve and his wife Jane live with their three sons in Somis, California.
